HEALTH AND FITNESS TIPS FOR BUSY PEOPLE



As every day is passing on, the race to be fit becomes very tough when you don’t know how to be healthy and fit with your busy life. Many people try to motivate themselves for exercise but with the busy schedule of their daily life it is very difficult for them to be consistent with exercise. Many of them also might find them weak with their exercise session it happens because they didn’t have the proper diet which plays a more important role than workout to be fit, as what you eat will what you become.





So now our focus will on the busy people to help them in their busy schedule. The main elements in getting fit are 1.Exercise 2.Diet 3.Consistency

In your daily activities you can make some changes that are as follows:
·      Take the stairs every time you see them and avoid elevators at most of the times.
·      Wake up early
·      Try to stay hydrated (Drink more water)
·      Don’t skip breakfast
·      For fitness plan try to go gym in morning as your body is at 100 percent that time or exercise at home 
·      Minimum of 30 minutes you should give to your workout
·      Avoid a lot of sugary foods and don’t  drink too much alcohol
·      At your working times try to eat foods or snacks which contains vegetables in them
